This past weekend, we decided to take Kinsley to the Fort Worth Stockyards and to the Fort Worth Zoo. Every day at 11 and 4 they walk the longhorns down the street. It's free and always a blast to watch. They even have a longhorn that you can sit on and pet. Kinsley actually pet it but definitely wouldn't sit on it!

She adored the horses!!!

K really liked those horses and they were gorgeous!

After the cattle were done, we walked down to some shops...
And of course, K wanted to try on every hat possible!
I prefer the pink, glittered cowgirl hat, but she honestly enjoyed the coon skin hat much better... YUCK!
Kinsley spotted this miniature stagecoach and didn't want to get out of it.

She was much more into her juice than taking pictures...

This picture is a bit blurry, but Kinsley devoured the brisket sandwich from Riskys.

FORT WORTH ZOO

Ohhhhh the gorilla... Kinsley was loving the primate house, especially that the gorilla was interacting so much. That ALL changed when the gorilla started eating his poop. Kinsley was so upset by the situation that we had to leave the exhibit!

Kinsley usually loves monkeys, elephants and occasionally gets excited about a giraffe... but this time, she was captivated by the flamingos!!!! We couldn't decipher if it was the color, how close she could get or all of the squawking that got her excited, but she LOVED the flamingos!

Kinsley was perplexed by this elephant... she couldn't tell if it was real or not!
