Jeremy and I are both glad to say that today is behind us! :o)

We went up to Vanderbilt today for K's renogram and urologist visit. The renogram was pretty draining (keeping a 3 mos old restrained with an IV and catheter for close to 2 hours isn't easy on anyone!) Despite the conditions, Kinsley wasn't horrible like I imagined she would be. That was a huge answer to prayer. The ladies doing the test were WONDERFUL and helped out a ton.

We saw her urologist immediately afterwards and got an AWESOME report! The renogram was done to make sure her kidneys were filtering and draining properly. He said her kidneys look perfect! She still has the reflux with her twisty curvy ureters but the kidneys are functioning great. (If they weren't we would have had to do surgery) THANK YOU JESUS!

We go back in January for an ultrasound of her kidneys. If all is well, we wont go back for another year or so! We are so relieved today is over and that we recieved a great report! We know a lot of people were praying for us and we greatly appreciate it!!!

Now that we have that over with... all energy and focus is on preparing for our BIG trip to Florida! And yes, I've been telling her all about her Great NaNa and Great Papa, Ken & Joyce and how much fun she's going to have!!! Well K is playing under her activity mat and Mommy is watching Private Practice so that's all for now!!! We love everyone!
