Our trip to Texas

Friday: Fly to DFW
She loves to play with that con1`TAINER (can you tell K wants to help type!)
I know this picture is blurry but she had earphones in listening to her Barney DVD on the plane!
Saturday: LOTS of shopping, eating yummy food and finally playing outside with the bubbles
she really enjoyed the bubbles
mommy was exhausted!
Kinsley thoroughly enjoys playing with the puppies!
"Lacie! Do you need medicine?"
She also loved going in and out of the downstairs bathroom.. she often shut herself in there and got stuck!

Sunday: Church, Lunch, Naps and Housework!
"HOLD ON! Where is the ice cream?"
Kinsley like to help unload the dishwasher
Monday: Lunch at Panda Express, Farmers Market, rented some movies and relaxed
Kinsley busted her lip on the table.. this was taken about 5 minutes after! She was back to playing!
She surprised me how fast she was back to playing! You can see the blood on my shirt.. poor thing hit the table hard!
Kinsley looking at that mean table!
And the busted lip continued to bleed and swell up!
Mommy, blackberries will make my lip feel better!
Naked cowgirl!
So sweet!
Tuesday: Lunch with Tiffany & Tristan, Tortillas and Queso for dinner (which we later found out caused FOOD POISONING!), and played with Dina and her mini-me, Nera!
"My mommy doesn't put this jelly stuff on my toast, but it sure is yummy!"
Me, K, Tiffany and Tristan! Kinsley and Tristan are friends from the womb and blog buddies!
Kinsley's favorite hangout spot! Under the kitchen table
"Mom! Stop taking pictures!"
Wednesday: (the planned day of heading home) I was up vomiting all night (so was my sister Stephanie who also enjoyed the queso the night before) so Kinsley was hanging out with Mimi and Aunt Tiffers
You could find Kinsley staring out the windows about 60% of the time. She loved watching the puppies run! Lacie and Kinsley became good friends!
"Lacie, come back!"
hehe she still looks at the picture and gets excited!
Aunt Tiffers and Kinsley get along GREAT! They have so much fun together!
Thursday: Kinsley was up from 1-5:30 AM (gotta love teething) so we decided to stay another day for Mommy to rest up!
LOOK AT THAT HAIR! Confirms the long night we had!
"Dude, Stephanie... I don't take pictures of you in the morning! Leave my bed head alone!"
Friday: We finally are headed home
She loved having her own seat on the plane! She stood up, sat down, turned around, and watched Veggie Tales!
Saturday: We unpacked, did some laundry, grabbed dinner at a burger joint in town, met up with Jon, Evie and Ian at the Avenue and grabbed ice cream at Maggie Moos
"Silly Daddy, did you put all those bows on my head"
HAHA She is too cute! All those bows didn't bother her a bit!
We also ran to Target where DaDa bought her two puppies!

An Update on Kinsley's Word Bank:
(in chronological order)
  1. DaDa
  2. Eyes
  3. Hi
  4. PaPa
  5. Pup Pup (for puppy)
  6. Da Du (for thank you.. she's only said that a couple of times)
STILL NO MaMa... grrrrr Jeremy said she's prob going to say "I Love You DaDa" before MaMa!

How's come Papa before Nana....huh? That's not the way to win Nanas and influence the presents buying. Good job with the pictures. Cute as can be. Love ya....Dashie

Loved this blog post, she is just so cute. :) greyson used to love playing in the dishwasher too at that age. I hate that yall got sick, but glad Kinsley didn't try the queso too!!! Has she flown several times before? She acts like a pro! Greyson hasn't flown yet, I'm nervous at this age, haha! He doesn't like being tied down in a seat!

You look like you have your hands full! Ethan is still obsessed with the dishwasher only now he actually helps unload it. I remember the girls hair always being so much work! I was glad to have a boy the third time around that could have a messed up do and it look good.haha None of my kids have ever rode on a plane but the earphone is a great idea!
